Terms of Service | SoftTrust

1. Scope

These Terms govern the use of the SoftTrust platform (the "Platform"), operated by SoftTrust OÜ, based in Tallinn, Estonia. By registering or using the Platform you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

SoftTrust is a digital marketplace where verified sellers offer software, templates and digital tools. Purchases are concluded between buyer and seller; SoftTrust acts as an intermediary.

3. Registration & account

You must provide truthful information and keep your credentials confidential. Your account is non-transferable. Seller accounts require a public profile with handle, display name and contact details.

4. Purchases & delivery

After a successful purchase you receive a download link for the purchased product. Licenses are subject to the terms of the respective seller.

5. Right of withdrawal

For digital content the right of withdrawal expires as soon as the download has started — you expressly agree to this at the moment of purchase.

6. Seller obligations

Sellers warrant that they hold all necessary rights, that their products are functional and do not contain malware. Violations lead to removal and, where applicable, suspension.

7. Liability

SoftTrust is only liable for intent and gross negligence. The respective seller is solely liable for the content and functionality of the offered software.

8. Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with the GDPR. Details can be found in our privacy policy.

9. Final provisions

Estonian law applies. The competent court is Harju County Court, Tallinn. If individual provisions are invalid, the rest remains in force.
